Since 2021 I have supported woman-owned small businesses to maximize their potential!  As their Strengths Consultant and Virtual Assistant, I am passionate about the growth and success of these businesses.

I flourish partnering with woman-owned businesses who desire to have Strengths Training and a Virtual Assistant that effortlessly executes detail-oriented tasks.  With Achiever, Discipline, and Deliberative in my top five strengths, I am a highly motivated, self-starter who has superb organization, effective project management, and efficient systems for streamlining processes.  My Empathy and Developer enjoy mentoring, co-creating, collaborating, and providing feedback in empowering ways.

I have been an educator for 25 years, teaching K-5 as well as community college level.  During the last 7 years I have coached elementary teachers on best instructional practices.  My dream is to retire from education and expand my Strengths Consultant and Virtual Assistant work so I can travel around the world.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, scrapbooking, traveling, playing board games, and baking!
